Household Entry & Family Programs
Families can begin care in two different ways depending on how and when members enter the program.
Whether you're supporting a child, joining as a couple, or planning care for more than one household member, this page explains the available pathways, children’s program options, and family pricing.
Use the links below to jump to the section you need:
1
Primary Client Household Pathway
For households where more than one person may eventually wish to participate in the program, the clinic offers a Primary Client Household Pathway.
In this structure, one person begins care first by completing the clinic’s Initial Consultation process (see the Becoming a Client page for full details). This establishes program continuity for the household.
It also allows additional household members to join the clinic without needing to wait for a new public intake period, making it easier for families to access care together once a household program is established.
Once the Primary Client has:
completed their Initial Consultation
completed their second Program Cycle HTMA and consultation
maintained no gap longer than 4 months between HTMAs
the household pathway becomes available.
At that point:
additional household members may begin care even if intake is closed
those household members receive a 20% household discount on their Initial Consultation and Program Cycles
2
Independent Entry
Household members may begin care at the same time if intake places are available.
Each person purchases their own Initial Consultation and enters the program individually. Programs run separately and each person receives their own care plan.
Under this pathway, household discounts do not apply.
Transitioning to the Household Pathway
If two or more household members originally entered the clinic through Independent Entry, the household may later transition to the Primary Client Household Pathway only once every client who entered through Independent Entry has individually met all of the Primary Client continuity requirements described above.
Until every independently entered client has met those requirements, the household pathway does not apply and no household benefits or discounts are available.
Once all independently entered clients have met the required continuity conditions, the household may transition to the Primary Client Household Pathway. At that point, the household gains access to the full benefits of that pathway, including:
the ability for additional household members to begin care even if public intake is closed
the 20% household discount on Initial Consultations and Program Cycles
Discounts do not apply retroactively to services that were purchased or delivered before the household pathway became eligible.
For Established Clients
Clients who have already completed their Foundational Year of care are considered Established Clients.
If you are an Established Client and remain active in the clinic, additional members of your household may begin care without needing to wait for a public intake period.
When another household member begins care through you, you become the Primary Client for your household within the clinic’s household pathway.
To qualify:
you must have completed your Foundational Year of care
you must have had a consultation within the past 12 months
When these conditions are met:
additional household members may begin the clinic’s Initial Consultation process without needing to wait for a public intake period
those household members receive a 20% household discount on their Initial Consultation and Program Cycles
Once another household member joins the clinic, the 20% household discount also applies to your future Program Cycles.
Children’s Programs
Children’s programs are available for clients aged 3–17 years and are only available for households where a parent or guardian is already an active Primary Client in the clinic.
Clients aged 18 and over are considered adults under Australian legal guidelines and must enter the clinic through the standard Initial Consultation process. Adult household members may still qualify for the 20% household discount if they live in the same household and join through the Primary Client Household Pathway.
The Child Program is designed for children who are not currently experiencing complex or chronic health concerns. It provides a lighter version of the standard program and includes:
shorter consultations
reduced administrative and adjustment support
gentle, foundational nutritional support
If a child presents with a more complex health history, John may recommend the standard program structure instead.
Minimum Age
We accept children aged 3 years and older. Supplements are an essential part of our programs, and younger children are often not yet able to take them consistently.
For this reason, we usually recommend that a parent or primary caregiver begin the program first. Improving adult mineral patterns and the home environment often creates meaningful benefits while your child grows and becomes ready.
For all children’s programs, we prefer to have consent from both parents or guardians before starting. If one parent would like more information, we can provide a written summary of the proposed care after the initial consultation.

Has Your Child Had a Break Between Programs?
The time between program cycles affects what type of consultation is needed. The table below outlines what’s required based on how long it has been since your child’s last HTMA and consultation. This helps ensure there’s enough time to review their case and tailor the next InMB Plan appropriately.
🕒 Under 6 months:
Your Normal 30 min Retest Program.
📆 6 - 12 months:
Your Normal 30min Retest Program plus 15-minute add-on (to allow more time for case review) = 45min total
🔁 Over 1 year: Will require a 1 hour consultation to restart.
Please Note: The timeframes above reflect clinical guidelines for how much consultation time may be needed based on how long it has been since your last program. Resuming care also depends on current client capacity, and if the clinic is full, access may be delayed or unavailable. Please email us to discuss your options.
