About Our Clinic

The Mineral Balancing Clinic is a small, family-run practice based in Australia, offering online programs built around Integrative Mineral Balancing (InMB).

All clinical interpretation and recommendations are provided by John, while Erin manages client communication and ensures each stage of your program is prepared and delivered with care.

We tailor every program to the individual, focusing on clear communication, consistent follow-up, and thorough preparation for each consultation. This approach allows us to adapt to your needs while guiding you through a steady, structured process that supports long-term progress.

By keeping the clinic intentionally small, we can offer each client personal attention and a high level of involvement in their care. We limit the number of active clients at any given time so that everyone receives focused, considered support throughout their journey.

John Bumpus
Co-Founder & Clinical Director

John leads all clinical services and developed the Integrative Mineral Balancing (InMB) method. With formal training in Nutritional Balancing and Natural Medicine, he brings over a decade of experience in the field, having worked with thousands of HTMA cases.

Erin Bumpus
Co-Founder, Customer Service & Strategic Director

Erin is your first point of contact and manages all client communication, bookings, and onboarding support. She plays a key role in guiding clients through the intake process, setting expectations, and ensuring the clinic’s approach is clearly communicated from the outset.

Behind the scenes, Erin leads the design and development of the clinic’s systems, infrastructure, and public-facing presence. This includes website content, forms, workflows, and informational materials.

Erin co-developed the structure and delivery model for the InMB programs, shaping how the clinical method is applied in practice. She is also responsible for the clinic’s visual, editorial, and strategic direction. With a background in medical administration, content development, design, and systems thinking, Erin ensures that every part of the client experience, from the first message to program setup, reflects our values with clarity, structure, and care.

If You’re Wondering Why We’re Not Like Other Online Clinics...

We prioritise people over systems
Many online services rely on instant replies, scripted messages, or automated chat support. We do not. Every part of your program is created and managed by us from start to finish, so your care stays personal and responsive.

Our communication is direct and considered
Most of our communication happens in writing, through email, shared documents, and this website. Every message is written for you, with you in mind, and set up to support your progress. Nothing is generic, and nothing is left to chance.

Your program is uniquely yours
Every plan, adjustment, and recommendation is tailored to your results, your needs, and your pace. We refine your program as you go, making changes that match how your body is responding rather than following a rigid schedule.

We adapt to your body’s needs
Some clients see changes quickly, others more gradually or with greater sensitivity. We work with your pace, adjusting each stage so it fits where you are in your journey.

We are always evolving
We continually refine our methods and the way we work, both clinically and behind the scenes. As Maya Angelou said, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” That principle shapes everything we do.

This approach is not passive, and it is not for everyone
Our work is about building lasting change, not chasing quick fixes. It requires your active participation, reflection, and commitment over time.

John does not ask for blind trust. He works with clients who are ready to take responsibility for their health, who want to understand what their body needs and how to care for it, rather than relying on someone else to manage it for them.

Our Future Direction

While our current focus is on supporting our clients structured care, the clinic is also laying the foundation for long-term growth and change. Over the next few years, John’s work will gradually shift toward education, practitioner mentorship, and building public resources that support greater independence.

We are developing a growing library of materials on mineralbalancing.org and preparing the infrastructure for a future mentorship model. These changes will unfold gradually, but the work is already underway.
