What’s included in each

Integrative Mineral Balancing Program

Every Integrative Mineral Balancing (InMB) Program follows a clear rhythm. From the moment your hair sample is sent to the day your new Plan is in hand, each step builds on the one before it, with time for progress review, targeted adjustments, and personalised support.

Here’s how a typical program cycle unfolds:

Step One: Complete Your HTMA
Step Two: Prepare for Your Consultation
Step Three: Receive Your Plan & Adjustment Support

HTMA: The Starting Point of Every Cycle

Real data, real direction.

Each program begins with a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) — a mineral blueprint that guides much of our approach. When interpreted correctly and placed in the right context, it offers valuable insights into how your body retains and excretes essential nutrients and toxic metals. These patterns help us understand your metabolic function and form the foundation for your InMB Program, alongside other relevant information.

Your HTMA includes:

  • Laboratory testing of nutritional and toxic minerals using a small hair sample

  • Assessment of key mineral ratios linked to energy, stress response, digestion, and more

  • The core mineral data used to shape your Supplement Plan

  • Optional lab-generated written report (available on request)

  • Analysis performed through a trusted clinical laboratory

Your Form Before Each Consultation

More than just paperwork, it’s part of your program

Before each consultation, you’ll complete a structured form to help us understand exactly where things stand. Whether you’re just starting out or continuing with your program, this is how your care begins with clarity, not guesswork.

Why this makes a difference:

  • You don’t need to recall everything on the spot. You can take your time, reflect, and raise your priorities before the appointment.

  • It cuts down on follow-up emails and allows your InMB Plan to be prepared more quickly.

  • You can include details that are hard to explain in conversation, such as leftover supplements, test results, medications, or recent changes in your health.

  • The insight you share here doesn’t just shape one appointment. It helps guide your care across the entire program.

Because the essentials are already covered, your consultation becomes a more focused conversation. John can build on what you’ve shared, connect with where you’re at now, and help shape the next phase of your journey.

One-on-One Online Consultation

Every plan starts with a conversation

Before your next Program Plan is created, you will meet with John in a private Zoom appointment. This is where everything comes together—your HTMA results, your personal updates, and how your body is presenting today—to guide the next phase of your journey.

This appointment plays a key role in your care:

  • Connecting the data in your HTMA with the reality of how you are feeling

  • Building on the form you have completed, turning notes into insight

  • Giving John the opportunity to notice what might not be written, such as energy, tone, and signs of stress or progress

  • Allowing your next steps to be crafted with clarity and precision

You will walk through your HTMA together, reflect on how things have shifted since your last cycle, and speak openly about what has changed or what has remained the same. Because your body’s response is personal, this conversation ensures your next Program Plan is equally individual.

What’s Included in Your InMB Plan

Designed to guide your cycle, not just list your supplements.

Your Integrative Mineral Balancing Program (InMB) Plan is a structured supplement schedule based on your current HTMA results. It’s designed to be clear, easy to follow, and practical to refer to throughout your cycle.

Each Plan includes:

  • A simple layout showing daily supplement timing and dosages

  • Expiry dates for both your HTMA and Plan, so you always know where you stand

  • A quick-reference summary to make ordering and dosing easier

  • Built-in notes that answer common questions about timing and product use

  • Information about how your Plan fits into the overall program cycle

  • References to the Client Support Guide for extra detail when you need it

It’s there to support you between appointments, whether you’re checking a dosage, placing an order, or preparing for your next cycle.

Adjustment Support & Your Client Guide

When things shift, this is your safety net.

Every InMB Program includes a dedicated Adjustment Support window, where you can request changes to your Supplement Plan if your needs shift. This could be due to new sensitivities, changes in tolerance, or certain products becoming unavailable. It ensures your plan stays workable and aligned with your current situation.

To help you understand how to use this support, you will receive a clear and practical Client Support Guide along with your Supplement Plan.

The guide explains:

  • What kind of support is available during your cycle

  • How long your Supplement Plan remains valid

  • When and how adjustments can be requested

  • What to do if products become unavailable or hard to tolerate

If you need more in-depth discussion or are facing new challenges that cannot be resolved by a quick adjustment, a Follow-Up Consultation may be recommended. This provides dedicated time with John to review your situation and make any necessary changes. Email is often not efficient for more complex situations.

You will receive your guide at the same time as your Supplement Plan so you can start your cycle prepared to use the support available.

Between Now and Your Next HTMA

If anything needs tweaking in your Supplement Plan, remember you have Adjustment Support available during your cycle. For bigger conversations or new challenges, you can book a follow-up consultation whenever you need.

When it is time to send your next HTMA sample, we will email you a reminder with your recommended send date. If you are ever unsure, you can check your Plan or get in touch.

You can also revisit the Visual Timeline if you'd like a refresher on how the full cycle flows.
