The Foundational Phase
Your First 12–18 Months
Before we show the pricing, it’s helpful to understand how your first year of care is structured.
We refer to this stage as the Foundational Phase. It begins with a 90-minute Initial Consultation, where John gains a comprehensive understanding of your history, priorities and system load before arranging any testing.
From there, your care continues through a series of Program Cycles.
Each cycle includes:
A new HTMA
A one-hour consultation with John
A revised InMB Plan
An adjustment support window
Most clients complete several cycles within 12–18 months, though the exact timing varies. Some move steadily from cycle to cycle; others progress more slowly due to life circumstances or what their system requires. The structure is flexible, provided you remain engaged and complete cycles at appropriate intervals.
These repeating cycles allow John to track changes over time, make targeted adjustments, and support you with a plan that reflects your current state—not a static protocol.
Why does this matter?
Because integrative mineral balancing isn’t about chasing symptoms or following static protocols. It’s a process of observing, adjusting, and understanding how your system responds over time, so we can support your long-term adaptability and resilience.

From Foundations to Established Care
Once the Foundational Year is complete, clients continue with Established Programs, where the same core structure is maintained with greater flexibility in timing and ongoing support.
What Comes After Periodical Care
Behind the scenes, we’re actively building the next layer of support. While periodical programs are how we currently continue care, they may not be the final step for every client. We’re developing public education on mineralbalancing.org and laying the groundwork for longer-term options.
