Starting the Journey

Before joining the waitlist, it’s important to have a sense of the journey you’re stepping into. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to explore a few parts of this site that set the scene for what working together involves.

It begins with our philosophy and how the online clinic works, which outline the values behind our work and how care is delivered. From there, the About John page introduces John’s background and explains the therapeutic process that frames how he works with clients.

Next, you can learn about the foundations of this approach through Integrative Mineral Balancing and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, which explain the method John uses to understand mineral patterns and guide long-term change.

The journey continues with how the programs work over time and what’s included in each program, giving you a clear picture of the rhythm and support involved. To prepare practically, it’s also important to review your first year of care, families & children, and other costs to consider, including supplements and testing.

With this background in mind, the next step is to review the eligibility criteria below. From there, you’ll see the step-by-step process for becoming a client.

Other Requirements

  • Taking nutritional supplements as part of your program

Our programs include nutritional supplements alongside dietary and lifestyle changes. These may be supplied in forms such as tablets, capsules, powders, or liquids. Recommendations are tailored to your needs and form an important part of your progress. You will need to order and take them as outlined in your plan, either through our preferred suppliers or another arrangement agreed in advance.

  • Using online communication for consultations and written correspondence

Your program includes online consultations, email communication, and preparation time between appointments. Consultations are held via Zoom with video and may run for up to 2 hours, so a stable internet connection is essential. If you have a valid medical reason that prevents you from using the internet to communicate, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative. [See FAQs ›]

  • Managing ongoing communication in the English language

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for this program. Our work together involves ongoing education, feedback, and discussion to help you apply recommendations over time. This requires clear and efficient communication. Translation tools are not accurate enough for the level of detail required, and relying on them can make the process slower and less effective.

  • Meeting age requirements and care responsibilities

You must meet our legal age requirements or have proper authority to participate in the program. Since we practise in Australia, the legal age for an adult is 18. For children, programs are available from age 3, with more details on our [Families and Children page ›]. If you are managing another person’s care, you must hold a valid Power of Attorney or written consent so recommendations can be followed promptly.

Application & Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is the first step in expressing your interest. It lets us know you’re ready to begin when a place becomes available.

We work through applications in order, but intake is managed in planned cycles. Each cycle has a set number of places for new clients, so:

  • Most people are offered the next available intake cycle.

  • Some may be scheduled for a later cycle if their situation requires it — for example, a family group starting together, or if a cycle is already full.

This pacing allows us to welcome new clients steadily throughout the year without opening the floodgates all at once.

2

How Intake Works

“Intake Cycles” are specific start periods planned throughout the year.

  • All new clients in an Intake Cycle start at the same time, with clear deadlines for booking, testing, and beginning their first program.

  • This ensures everyone starts with fresh HTMA data, consistent communication, and the right pacing from day one.

  • Because we are an online clinic with long-term programs, this structure is the only way we can give each client the level of care we promise while balancing demand and capacity.

3

Pathway Planning Session (PPS)

Before committing to a program, each new adult client completes a Pathway Planning Session.

  • This is a short meeting with John to get to know you as a person, hear about your situation, and understand your expectations, limitations, and hopes. It is also a planning step, where together you consider whether the timing is right to begin and how an individualised pathway forward can be shaped from where you are now.

  • The PPS is not a consultation and does not include health advice, case review, or program design. It is a chance to meet John, talk about where you are, and confirm that the pathway ahead is the right fit for both sides before beginning.

  • For children, the PPS is attended by a parent or guardian. In these cases, John will also determine how much consultation time will be needed for the child’s initial appointment. Families may choose to attend together or separately, but all adults, over the age of 18, who wish to work with John need to attend a PPS, unless a parent or guardian holds power of attorney.

Sessions are held via Zoom, with individual and family options available:

Individual (30 min)

AU$100

(approx. US$65)

Families (45 min)

AU$150

(approx. US$97)

The PPS is a paid, standalone step that reserves time with John to plan your pathway before committing to a program.

Intake Cycle Begins

Once your Intake Cycle begins, you will be contacted with the details to book and pay for your Pathway Planning Session.

  • The PPS fee is non-refundable once booked.

  • Appointments can only be rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • If you cannot attend during your allocated cycle, you may defer to the next if space permits.

We keep this process structured to give each new client the same opportunity to start well, without rushing or overfilling the clinic. It is not about urgency or sales; it is about making sure the timing is right for both you and the program.

Complete Your
PPS Application

If you are ready to take the next step, please complete the form below. Each form submitted equals one application for a Pathway Planning Session (PPS).

  • Please complete just one form for your family or household group if you wish to begin together. This keeps everyone linked under the same intake cycle, ensures your PPS is scheduled correctly, and allows family discounts to be discussed at the session.

  • You do not need to complete separate forms unless each adult would like their own individual PPS appointment.

Once we receive your application, we’ll email you about the next available intake cycle.

Please review our Waitlist Terms & Conditions before submitting. This does not commit you to a program; it simply opens the door to explore the process.
