How Families Begin Care
When consultation spaces are limited, households planning for more than one person to participate are encouraged to begin with the Primary Client Household Pathway, as this establishes continuity for the household and allows additional members to join later.
There are two ways that families may begin care in the clinic:
Primary Client Household Entry
In this pathway, one person from the household begins care first by purchasing an Initial Consultation and becoming the Primary Client. This establishes the household within the clinic and begins the Foundational Phase of care.
Once the Primary Client has completed the required continuity milestones in the program, additional household members living in the same home may begin care at any time regardless of whether initial consultations are currently available. At that point, a household discount also becomes available for eligible program services.
Please read the Families & Children page for full details.
Individual Entry
Family members may also begin care independently by each purchasing an Initial Consultation when consultation spaces are available. Each person enters the program individually and receives their own care plan.
If multiple people from the same household begin this way, their programs run separately. Household pathway benefits and discounts do not apply unless the household later becomes eligible to transition into the Primary Client Household Pathway.
Please read the Families & Children page for full details.
Full details about household pathways and children’s programs can be found on the Families & Children page.
Other Requirements
-

Taking nutritional supplements as part of your program
Our programs include nutritional supplements alongside dietary and lifestyle changes. These may be supplied in forms such as tablets, capsules, powders, or liquids. Recommendations are tailored to your needs and form an important part of your progress.
You will need to order and take them as outlined in your plan, either through our preferred suppliers or another arrangement agreed in advance.
-

Using online communication for consultations and written correspondence
Your program includes online consultations, email communication, and preparation time between appointments. Consultations are held via Zoom with video and may run for up to 90 minutes, so a stable internet connection is essential.
If you have a valid medical reason that prevents you from using the internet to communicate, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative. [See FAQs ›]
-

Managing ongoing communication in the English language
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for this program. Our work together involves ongoing education, feedback, and discussion to help you apply recommendations over time. This requires clear and efficient communication.
Translation tools are not accurate enough for the level of detail required, and relying on them can make the process slower and less effective.
-

Meeting age requirements and care responsibilities
You must meet our legal age requirements or have proper authority to participate in the program. Since we practise in Australia, the legal age for an adult is 18. For children, programs are available from age 3, with more details on our [Families and Children page ›].
If you are managing another person’s care, you must hold a valid Power of Attorney or written consent so recommendations can be followed promptly.
90 Minute
Initial Consultation
Your starting point with John.
The clinic’s current intake structure is now simple and linear, with the Initial Consultation as the paid first step before any HTMA is arranged.
In this 90-minute consultation, John will:
Review your full health history
Assess nutrition, lifestyle, and symptom patterns
Explain the Integrative Mineral Balancing (InMB) approach
Clarify expectations and responsibilities
Assess suitability for care and outline next steps
This replaces the previous PPS and two-hour New Client Program.
Optional add-on available during the consultation: Interim supplement plan + support = AUD$150
AUD$480
Approx USD$339
What comes after the Initial Consultation?
If you are accepted into care, your program continues through structured Program Cycles based on HTMA testing and follow-up consultations.
