Zoom – for delivering online consultations and meetings
Analytical Research Labs (ARL) and Trace Elements Inc. (TEI) – for HTMA sample processing and report generation
Other integrated platforms may support functions such as form submissions, email communication, client education, and analytics.

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses essential cookies to support core functionality such as page navigation, security, and site performance. These cookies do not store personal data and cannot be turned off.

When no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify personal information in accordance with APP 11.2.

11. Email Communication Consent

From 1 July 2025, the updated Queensland Privacy Principles (QPPs), introduced under the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023, require express, informed consent before personal information is disclosed for secondary purposes. We must also notify affected individuals and the Office of the Information Commissioner of eligible data breaches, including those involving third-party providers.
