To make sure we’re the right fit for the people we work with, the journey is divided into two main stages:
Pre-Client Screening (before you're officially accepted into the program) and the Active Client Phase (once your consultations and personalised support begin).
This timeline walks you through each step in order so you can see how it all fits together. It includes the Pathway Planning Session (PPS), which is your first opportunity to explore whether this approach is right for you.

If you're an established client on a 4/5 month cycle, your expiry timing will simply include an extra month between cycles.
