Information and Pricing for New Clients

Interested in Becoming a New Client?

We are not currently accepting New Clients, but intake will resume in May 2025 with updated pricing. See below for more details. If you're considering joining, here’s what to expect:

  • Free 30-Minute Information Call: Before committing to a program, most clients schedule a free call with John Bumpus, your Practitioner. This call helps you understand our approach and determine the most suitable program for your needs.

  • New Client Packages Include:

    • A one-time, 2-hour consultation combining your Initial Consultation and HTMA Interpretation.

After completing your New Client Package, you’ll transition to Return Client Pricing for ongoing care. Starting 1st July 2025, we will be offering expanded Return Client options to better suit different needs and budgets. While some programs may include a price adjustment, we will also introduce shorter-duration options to provide more flexibility.

Our programs are designed to be repeated every 3–4 months, and we’ll send reminders unless you choose to opt out. Learn more about [Testing Frequency here].

New Client Availability & Updates

New Client Intake Closed

We are no longer accepting New Client bookings at this time. Our next intake will begin in May 2025, with updated pricing.

If you have already booked a Free 30-Minute Information Call or have received a booking link, your call will be honoured. However, we are no longer accepting new bookings beyond these.

Key Dates for Existing Bookings:

  • Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, & Singapore:

    • Free Call: Complete by 31st December 2024.

    • Hair Samples: Post by 3rd January 2025 (Regular) or 11th January 2025 (Express).

  • United States:

    • Free Call: Complete by 7th January 2025.

    • Hair Samples: Post by 11th January 2025.

Pricing Updates

  • New Clients: Pricing for all New Client Packages will increase starting May 2025. Any individuals booking before the cut-off dates will be charged based on current pricing.

  • Return Clients: Current pricing will remain unchanged until 30th June 2025. Updated Return Client pricing will take effect starting 1st July 2025.

If you are a New Client joining after intake reopens in May 2025, you will transition to Return Client Pricing after completing your New Client Package, based on the updated rates.

Eligible Regions for New Clients

When we resume intake in May 2025, we will be accepting New Clients only from the following regions:

  • United States of America (USA)

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Hong Kong

  • Singapore

  • Canada

  • Central and South America (including countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and others)

For Clients Outside These Regions

We will not be accepting New Clients from countries outside these regions due to significant time zone differences, which make scheduling consultations challenging.
Thank you for your understanding as we prioritise providing the best support within these regions.

    HTMA Profile 1 from Analytical Research Labs (ARL).

    *We do not include the printed lab report in our packages due to the information in John’s consultation being far more informative than a computer regenerated report. If you still wish to add one, it costs AU$50 extra.

    Trace Elements (TEI) HTMA also available for North American clients only.

  • During this 2 hour comprehensive consultation, we will address all aspects of mineral balancing, carefully review your health history, and engage in a discussion about lifestyle changes to support your well-being. John also will go through your Hair Test and explain the significance of your results, answer any of your questions, and identify potential elevated toxic elements/metals.

    Our clients are often blown away by the amount of information that can be revealed from a Hair Test, that can’t be identified anywhere else.

  • Your Customised Supplement Recommendation is not only based on your Hair Test Results - but also takes into consideration:

    • Your country

    • Availability of products

    • Supplements you already have

    • Tolerances

    • Your personal goals

    • Any other tests that you provide

    This is one of the best features of the Package and can be altered if need arises.
    We want to work WITH you, at whatever stage you are at now.

    Supplement Recommendations are only valid for up to 4 months from the date of your HTMA.

  • This package comes with Email support, that is valid until your Supplement Recommendation expires.

    It’s to be used in conjunction with your Supplement Recommendation for issues such as:

    • Reducing/Increasing dosages

    • Inquiring about healing reactions/intolerances

    • Asking if adding supplements or other products would help or hinder your program.

Family and Concession Discounts

Concession/Discount Rates

Clients on a concession receive a 10% discount on their packages.

  • “Concession” is an Australian term that refers to clients who receive a special discounted rate for the following reasons that include, but are not limited to:

    • Pensioners or Elderly

    • Fixed income/Low Income earners

    • Disability

    • Veteran

    • Pregnant or Post-natal women

    • Family packages (2 or more clients)

    Clients will need to provide details of their concession to qualify for these discounted rates.

Custom Packages

Family Packages

Families and Partners receive a 10% discount off their programs.

Family Packages involving children generally need to be discussed via a Free Call as every family will have different needs depending on their child’s health status. The Practitioner reserves the right to decide how much time to allocate the child/children.

Chronic Health Conditions

Clients who have Chronic Health Conditions and need extra support are encouraged to upgrade to a Customised Program that features an extra 30min consultation per month. Please reach out via the Contact page to discuss your individual needs.
