What We’re Building
Our goals for the next 2 years of clinic and community growth
For many clients, this process is more than just a one-off program. It is a long-term investment in your health, and a very different kind of care model than most are used to.
That is why we want to be transparent about where this path is heading. What we offer today is only the beginning. Over the next two years, we are working to expand the support systems around our clinic, so clients have more flexibility in how they care for themselves and more clarity about what comes next.
Helping You Take Ownership of Your Nutrition
Right now, we offer structured programs through the Foundational Year, followed by periodical care for established clients. But we do not intend for everyone to remain in clinical care forever. Our long-term goal is to help more people take responsibility for the parts of health they can manage themselves, especially nutrition and lifestyle.
We do not expect clients to learn Mineral Balancing in full. It is a complex clinical framework and not something most people can apply on their own. But with the right tools, many clients can reach a point where they feel confident in managing their basic needs and only return for support during major life events, illness, or significant shifts.
Over the next two years, we are working to build the resources that will support this kind of independence. These include:
Meeting your daily nutritional needs, including calories, minerals, and protein, based on lifestyle and activity
Using supplements appropriately to meet John’s clinical RDA
Creating consistent detox habits to support natural elimination
Reducing toxic element exposure in daily life
Knowing when to return for professional input or re-testing
Two Future Pathways Forward
As these resources become available, clients will have more flexibility in how they stay supported.
➔ Self-Maintenance Path
Clients who are ready to take more ownership of their health will have the option to step back from regular consultations over time. With the right education and daily habits in place, they may only need to retest once a year or return for support during specific life events or health challenges.
➔ Ongoing Practitioner Support
Clients who prefer regular guidance or are not ready to manage their health independently will have the option to continue working with a practitioner over the long term. These future practitioners will be trained by John and follow the same clinical philosophy, offering consistent, high-quality care for those who value continued support.
John’s Focus Is Shifting
John’s long-term focus is moving away from one-on-one client care. His passion lies in education, practitioner mentorship, and bringing more structure to the field of mineral balancing.
The Mineral Balancing Clinic will eventually become a mentorship clinic — a space where advanced students can complete the final stage of their practitioner training under John’s guidance. This transition is not expected to begin for at least three to five years, as it depends on completing both the clinic infrastructure and the full educational program.
Until that time, the clinic will continue operating as it does now, with John working directly with clients.
In the future, once the education program is fully built and students have progressed through it, a small number of qualified practitioners may begin offering support to clients who want ongoing guidance. These practitioners will be mentored by John and carefully selected to reflect the same clinical philosophy and standards of care.
This shift will happen gradually and with care — always prioritising quality, clarity, and client outcomes.
Where These Resources Will Live
To support this transition, we are developing a suite of public education tools that will be hosted on our sister site:
👉 mineralbalancing.org
This site will gradually become the central hub for:
Educational articles that explain the principles behind mineral balancing and foundational nutrition
Practical tools to help you understand and apply John’s clinical RDA in daily life
Curated resources on reducing exposure to environmental toxins
YouTube content, including educational videos, client-focused explanations, and practitioner interviews
Guides to support self-reflection and lifestyle tracking between program cycles
These resources are designed to build confidence and health literacy. They are not a replacement for clinical care but will support clients who want to take more ownership of their nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.
Work on the site will begin once the clinic website is live. As new materials are added, we will link to them directly from your program resources.
These resources will help clients feel more informed and confident as they move through their programs, and into whatever comes next.
