Your Guide to Getting Started

This page outlines expectations for individuals who are not yet clients but have submitted a Pathway Planning Session (PPS) Application or signed up to receive intake updates.

These terms apply to all pre-client communication and screening.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to residents of:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Singapore

  • Hong Kong

  • Central and South America (e.g. Mexico, Brazil, Argentina)

Clients outside these areas require explicit approval. All communication is via email.

Our programs involve nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle changes, and online consultations.

  • All sessions are conducted via Zoom with video and future consultations may run for up to 2 hours

  • A stable internet connection is required unless you have a medical exemption

  • If English is not your first language, you may have a translator present during appointments, but you must be able to manage written communication without relying on translation tools

  • If you are managing someone else’s care, you must have valid Power of Attorney or written consent

  • In Australia, the legal age for adults is 18. Programs are available for children from age 3, with additional requirements outlined on the Family & Children page

If the PPS Application Form is not currently active, intake is closed. You may join the update list to be notified when the next intake window opens.

2. Intake Process and Availability

You may:

  • Submit a PPS Application when intake is open

  • Or join the update list to be notified of future PPS application periods

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Clinical spaces are limited and offered based on availability, readiness, and fit.

If an earlier space becomes available, we may contact selected applicants to offer a sooner PPS.

3. Respectful Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment and expect the same in all interactions. Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour — including verbal abuse, personal insults, intimidation, harassment, or threatening language — will not be tolerated.

Anyone exhibiting this behaviour may be removed from consideration or future contact. If this occurs after a PPS booking, eligibility for refund will follow our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Pathway Planning Session (PPS)

All adults must attend a PPS before joining a program. Families may attend together or separately.

The PPS is an assessment, orientation, and screening appointment. It does not include supplement recommendations, HTMA interpretation, or guarantee of program entry.

  • PPS Fee: AUD $100 (individual) or AUD $150 (family)

  • PPS fees are non-refundable

  • Concession rates do not apply

5. Right to Decline After PPS

Attending a PPS does not guarantee program entry. We may decline to proceed if:

  • The applicant is not ready to engage with the structure, pace, or expectations of the program

  • There is ongoing confusion, resistance, or misalignment in communication

  • The clinic’s services are not a good match for the applicant’s needs, goals, or approach to care

This decision is made thoughtfully. We aim to ensure that each space is offered to someone for whom the program is a clear and appropriate fit.

6. HTMA Policy

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a required component of all InMB programs. In most cases, HTMAs must be ordered through the clinic to ensure correct timing, clinical compatibility, and alignment with the program structure.

The only exception applies to individuals who hold a recognised practitioner account with one of the following laboratories:

  • Analytical Research Labs (ARL) – Arizona, United States

  • Trace Elements Inc. (TEI) – Texas, United States

  • CanAlt Labs – Ontario, Canada

If you are a new client and wish to use an existing HTMA, the following conditions must be met:

  • The HTMA must be from ARL, TEI, or CanAlt

  • The results must be less than one month old at the time of your New Client Consultation (not your PPS)

  • The full raw data must be available (not summaries or lab-generated interpretations)

  • You must agree to work within the InMB method, which does not rely on lab protocols or standardised supplement charts

We do not adjust intake timelines or rush bookings to accommodate older HTMAs. If your results are no longer current at the time of your consultation, a new HTMA will be required before your program can begin.

For this reason, clients are advised to wait until after their PPS before ordering their HTMA. This allows us to confirm suitability and provide clear instructions without risking expiry or misalignment with booking timelines.

HTMAs from other sources — including Bioresonance or non-accredited hair testing services — are not accepted under any circumstances.

ARL is our preferred laboratory due to its lower calibration thresholds, which provide greater sensitivity for detecting trace toxic elements and better support our interpretive model. Read more here

7. Booking and PPS Validity

If you are offered a PPS window, you must:

  • Book your PPS within the dates provided

  • Attend the session during that window

  • Provide at least 48 hours’ notice when booking

Once completed, your PPS outcome is valid for 6 months. You may begin a program at any time within this period.
After 6 months, your screening will expire and a new PPS will be required.

8. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed PPS

All changes and refunds are handled according to the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Missed PPS appointments without notice will forfeit the fee, unless due an accepted emergency under ACL.

9. Withdrawal or Removal from Intake Consideration

You may be removed from intake consideration if:

  • You do not book or attend your PPS within the offered window

  • You decline a spot or do not respond to an invitation

  • You do not enter a program within 6 months of your PPS

  • You request to be removed

  • We determine the services are not a suitable fit

  • You are unresponsive over time

10. Financial Terms

  • PPS fees are due at the time of booking

  • Future program fees are issued separately once you are accepted

  • Family and concession discounts will apply to program services only (not the PPS or HTMA Labs fees)

  • HTMA test fees are charged separately and are not eligible for discount

Please ask before your first invoice if you believe you may qualify for a discount.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. By submitting a PPS application or remaining subscribed to intake updates, you agree to the most current version.

We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
