What’s Next?

Since December 2024, the clinic has been closed to new clients. In August 2025 we reopened with a new website and a structured waitlist to manage intake fairly.

A formal client cap is now in place to protect service quality. While we are not yet at this limit, once it is reached clients who do not stay in contact or keep up with their retest cycle may lose their place in the clinic.

These changes lay the groundwork for ongoing improvements, including:

  • Refining communication and service structure

  • Developing resources for public and practitioner education

  • Continuing to strengthen support materials and program clarity

Further updates will be posted here as they are introduced.

New Website and Waitlist

  1. New Website Launched
The clinic website has been completely rebuilt. It brings together all program details, policies, and resources in one place. All clients — new and ongoing — are strongly encouraged to read through the website in full, as it contains important clarifications and updates that may not have been communicated previously.

  2. New Waitlist Introduced
A structured waitlist system has been created to manage new client intake. This ensures places are offered fairly and in cycles. If you would like to refer someone or have a family member join, they must now begin with the [Becoming a Client] page and enter through the waitlist.

Price Increase, and HTMA Only Policy Update

  1. Policy Update: HTMA-Only Requests (active or recently expired clients only)
HTMA-only requests are not available to the public. They may be considered if you are an active client or your most recent HTMA was within the last 6 months. One request per person. No consultation, interpretation, or plan updates are included.
    • Costs: AUD $200 (Profile 1). Optional Profile 2 with lab interpretation: +AUD $50

  2. Consultation Fees Adjusted
Current fees are listed on the pricing pages:

Program Expiry Dates, New Plan Format, and Client Support Guide

  1. Program Expiry Dates Now Stated Clearly
Programs now include two clearly stated expiry periods:
    HTMA/Adjustment Support expiry – normally 3 months
Supplement Plan expiry – normally 4 months
These timeframes have always guided John’s method, but they are now written directly on your Plan and applied consistently. For established clients on longer cycles (4–5 months), extended validity will be noted on the Plan where appropriate.

  2. New Plan Format (InMB Plan)
Supplement Plans were redesigned for clarity. The new layout includes a structured schedule, expiry dates printed on the Plan, quick-reference dosage information, and embedded answers to common timing questions.

  3. Client Support Guide
A plain-language guide now accompanies every Plan. It explains what support is included, how long your Plan is valid, and what to do if issues arise. The Client Support Guide is also available for download via the Client Portal.

  4. IMPORTANT – Hair Sample Quantity
Collection instructions have been updated to improve accuracy:
Visual Estimate: Collect at least 1 tablespoon of hair (varies with texture and thickness).
Weighed Amount: Use a small digital scale (e.g. jewellery scale) to weigh ~250mg. The lab requires a minimum of 125mg, so this buffer helps prevent resubmission.

Several samples — even from long-term clients — have recently been too small to process, so please double-check before sending to avoid delays.

This layout has been standard for all clients since early June 2025. If your current Program still uses the old format, your next Plan will be issued using the updated layout.
