The Initial Consultation is the first step in determining whether the Program Cycle is the right fit for you. In some cases, John may recommend delaying or taking a different approach before proceeding into a Program Cycle. Regardless of the outcome, the consultation is a comprehensive session designed to provide meaningful insight, guidance, and direction for your next steps.
What this consultation includes
In this 90-minute consultation, John will:
Review your full health history
Assess nutrition, lifestyle, and symptom patterns
Explain the Integrative Mineral Balancing (InMB) approach
Clarify expectations and responsibilities
Assess suitability for care and outline next steps
Outline next steps
HTMA testing is arranged only after the Initial Consultation if appropriate.
This consultation does not include interpretation of existing HTMA results.
⚠ Household Pathway
If more than one person in your household may eventually wish to receive care, the clinic supports two different entry pathways.
Primary Client Household Pathway — One person begins care first as the Primary Client. Once the Primary Client has established program continuity, additional household members may begin care and the 20% household discount becomes available for eligible household services.
Independent Entry — Household members may also begin care separately when consultation spaces are available. Each person enters the program individually and household discounts do not apply.

Eligibility & Booking Conditions
Eligibility
Available to residents of Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, and Central/South America.
You must be 18+, or a parent/guardian enrolling a child aged 3+.
Stable internet and video attendance are required.
Written English communication is required.
We do not support concurrent work with multiple practitioners unless agreed in advance.
Booking & Structure
Booking links are issued after purchase and are subject to availability.
Your Initial Consultation must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. Consultation purchases expire after 90 days and unused consultation spaces are forfeited. Change-of-mind refunds are available before the consultation occurs, minus administration and payment-processing fees. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This consultation does not include interpretation of existing HTMA results.
If you already have a recent HTMA at the time of your Initial Consultation, it will be treated as past health history only. A new HTMA must still be arranged through the clinic to formally begin your program cycles. Your program cycles begin once HTMA testing has been completed and your first program consultation is scheduled.
We will not schedule your Initial Consultation and first Program Cycle consultation within 2 weeks of each other.
HTMA timing does not override clinic availability.
Professional Conduct
We do not offer discovery calls or informal pre-program chat sessions.
All communication occurs via email.
SMS, social media, and messaging apps are not monitored.
Disrespectful or abusive behaviour may result in termination of services in accordance with clinic policy.
